MATT

Matt

Matt Arnett BFP MAAT ACA has been a member of the team since 2018 and took over the firm in 2023.

Matt’s previous experience as General Manager of a local business, means he is able to offer valuable insight into many aspects of business management. He also has expertise in accounts preparation, business tax and personal tax.

JULIA

Julia Sutor FCCA has been with AP&Co for over twenty years.

With her expertise in practical accounting and tax solutions, and her extensive experience across all the key accountancy software packages, she is able to advise on most aspects of running a business.

MARTYN

Martyn

Martyn Slatter has been with AP&Co. since 2016.

Martyn's accounting qualifications, together with his experience as a finance manager, means that he is ideally suited to our management accounts, IT, budgeting, forecasting, and VAT work.

HARRY

Harry Otter joined AP&Co. in October 2024 as an ICAEW apprentice and is currently studying to become a Chartered Accountant .

His experience at PwC London gave him a strong foundation in practical accounting across a variety of clients, and he now applies this knowledge to support businesses with their accounting needs.

CLAIRE

Claire Base ATT (Fellow) ACCA joined the team in 2022.

Claire manages our payroll bureau, helping clients with all their statutory duties, including PAYE and CIS returns, RTI procedures and pension auto enrolment requirements.

CLARE

Clare is a Chartered Management Accountant who joined AP&Co in September 2023.

With extensive industry experience across both Australia and the UK, Clare expertly manages Bookkeeping, VAT Returns, and Management Accounts ensuring our clients receive accurate and insightful financial support.

BARBARA

Barbara joined the team in April 2025 as our Office Administrator.

Barbara brings a wealth of experience in finance, payroll, and HR administration, gained over many years working in both the UK and New Zealand. With her strong organisational skills and broad administrative expertise, Barbara plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
